Shipping Policy
1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends/holidays). Plants are carefully prepared for shipment to ensure freshness.
2. Shipping Methods & Carriers
We ship via:
- USPS (Standard): 3-7 business days
- FedEx Ground: 2-5 business days
- UPS Express: 1-3 business days
3. Shipping Costs
- Free shipping on orders over $50
- Standard: $5.99 (under $50)
- Express: $12.99
4. Delivery Areas
We ship to all 50 U.S. states. International shipping available to Canada/Mexico ($25 flat fee).
5. Plant Shipping Notes
- Live plants ship Monday-Wednesday to avoid weekend transit
- Seasonal restrictions may apply during extreme temperatures
- Plants ship in specially designed horticultural packaging

Return Policy
1. Returns Eligibility
- Plants: 14-day guarantee for dead/damaged plants (photo proof required)
- Gardening Tools/Hardgoods: 30-day return window
- Final Sale Items: Clearance/seasonal items non-returnable
2. Return Process
- Contact returns@GardenZone.com within policy timeframe
- Provide order # and photos (for plants)
- We'll email return instructions
3. Condition Requirements
- Plants: Must show clear damage/death
- Tools: Unused in original packaging
- All tags/labels attached
4. Refunds & Exchanges
- Refunds processed within 5 business days
- Original shipping non-refundable
- Exchanges: Free reshipment for damaged items
5. Return Shipping
- We cover return shipping for defective items
- Customer pays for change-of-mind returns

Note: We cannot accept returns without authorization. Damaged in-transit items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
